Click “Book Your Lessons” above to create a profile in our online self-booking portal and browse through the available times and instructors to find a good fit for your student. You can also create a profile in the self-booking software and reach out to us at dima@holyspiritdi.org for more information about lesson availability if you cannot find something that suits your needs. We may need to place you on a waitlist. There is a one time, non-refundable sign-up fee of $50.00 for each student at checkout along with the first month’s tuition (which may be prorated based on start date). After this, there is a flat tuition cost every month which will automatically draft. When you create your profile, please provide an email address that you will check and respond to regularly, as you will receive important communication from us via email.

After your initial sign-up payment, all payments will auto-draft on the third of each month at the rates listed above. We only accept payment via debit, credit or bank account with recurring payments. The monthly tuition is a flat rate, based on our 48 week per year calendar, which will average out to four lessons offered per month.

Students are allowed two rescheduled lessons in a rolling 60 day window for any lesson canceled with 24+ hours notice. Canceling and rescheduling lessons should be done by the parent/student through our online portal. Day-of cancellations are non-reschedulable in order to protect the time and income of our instructors. This includes day-of sick cancellations, and it is simply about honoring the time the instructor has committed to for that day. This helps make DIMA a sustainable place to work for our instructors. Similarly, cancellations in excess of two in the rolling 60 day window are also non-reschedulable. This is so that our instructors do not have an excess of unpaid cancellations in their schedules. We have learned that consistency in our instructors’ schedules and income goes a long way towards long-term instructor retention, and we thank you for understanding our need to enforce these policies.

If your student needs to withdraw from lessons for any reason, we require a 30-day written notice via email to dima@holyspiritdi.org. This allows us ample time to fill the space being vacated by the student in the instructor’s schedule. Tuition is charged through the end of this 30-day notice period, including a potential proration of a final month.
